Who May Use the Site
You must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract to access the Services. You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.
Our Services (High-Level)
- Valuation Guidance – free, high-level ranges based on limited data; not a formal appraisal.
- Off-Market Brokerage – matching qualified sellers of mobile apps or games with vetted buyers.
- Listings Gallery & Alerts – teaser information made available to buyers; full data available only after MNDA.
- Educational Content – blog posts, case studies, podcasts.
We may modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

User Obligations
- Provide accurate, non-misleading information when filling forms or schedules.
- Keep login or calendar links confidential.

- Respect MNDAs and confidentiality clauses you sign with us.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OEB Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OEB Digital, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv for any dispute arising under these Terms.
